Larkhall Plan Partnership came about in 2018/19 when we planned and launched our first community survey.

All the partners work hard to make Larkhall an even better place to live and we have ideas about what’s needed. But hearing from the community is crucial and helped us set our direction as a partnership.
Over 1,800 people responded to the survey in 2019 revealing a wealth of local knowledge, opinions and ideas. The key themes from the responses included: our new leisure centre, impact of housebuilding in the town, access to health services, community events, local economy.
Now, in 2025, we are finalising our new community survey to find out what has changed in the past few years. It’s important to understand how people feel about their town, its services and our communities, especially in the wake of a global pandemic and cost of living crisis.
