Larkhall Plan Partnership (LPP) is asking Larkhall residents to share their views about life in the town, and their opinions of the services and amenities they use.
Our last survey in 2019 generated nearly 2,000 responses1and since then LPP has used this information to support the changes you want to see in Larkhall, most recently helping to secure additional funding for our leisure centre.
LPP Chairperson, Nancy Barr, said: “We want to hear from every Larkhall resident about what they like about living in the town and what can be improved.
“We recently helped secure almost £4 million extra funding for Larkhall leisure centre2 after many years of campaigning and conversations with South Lanarkshire Council. We could only have achieved this with the data from our 2019 survey which told us it was a priority for many residents.
“We want to hear your opinion about different aspects of life in Larkhall: from our public services, transport, community activity and what residents see as the challenges and opportunities ahead of us.
“We’re asking local residents, community groups and voluntary organisations in the town to share the link to the survey and to encourage family, friends and colleagues who reside within the Town to do the same. Remember your voice matters.”

Larkhall Plan Partnership is a collaboration of charities and voluntary groups in Larkhall working in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council, Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), the private sector, and other organisations. Our aim is to bring the voice of people in Larkhall to decision makers so communities have input into the decisions that affect them.
We have created a plan, based on what Larkhall residents told us they wanted to change or develop in the town, which has led to new projects. The plan is community-led and open to all who want to participate.
We’re here to grow the town, and crucially to grow people in Larkhall.
